Momentum

In search of the efficient swing that produces most distance, I search for ideas that "experts" have that transfer maximum momentum from club head to the ball. Found this and I think it worths reading:

It should be analyzed in rotational forms as one can't compare the linear velocity of clubhead with arm of that matter with your torso. [linear_velocity=angular_velocity*radius)
However, i think the author is right about the right arms significances. It's major source of power.
